His projects have been published and reviewed in a number of venues and he has received design awards for his creative and built work. In addition to his accomplishments in the professional practice arena, Mr. Thomas has been actively involved in academia for over 17 years with Florida International University and the University of Georgia.		</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>				Steven Wood is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and was named as the 2014 HCD 10 Interior Designer by Healthcare Design Magazine, and is now a member of the magazine’s Editorial Advisory Board. Approach with her clients that meaningfully integrates function, research, and aesthetics of interior design, planning, and architecture to achieve healthy and harmonious environments for patients, families, and caregivers.</p>
<p>He has dedicated her career to the design of innovative and healing spaces for hospitals and clinics within the United States and internationally, completing a variety of new construction, renovation, inpatient, ambulatory, adult, and children’s healthcare projects with some of the leading institutions in the world such as The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Mayo Clinic, Massachusetts General Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and Columbia University Medical Center, in a range of scales from 10,000 to 1.6 million square feet.		</p>
